The Letter Q designed a delicately crafted publication that provides historical and cultural context for a new urban development in Parnell, Auckland. The project celebrates five architecturally designed urban sanctuaries by Isthmus for Winton, positioning them within one of Auckland’s most character-filled neighbourhoods. Renowned architectural photographer Simon Devitt was commissioned to document the built heritage of the wider area, with his images featured in the publication and as limited-edition prints displayed inside the new apartments.
The publication design by The Letter Q integrates bespoke plan views, architectural details, and material palettes alongside Devitt’s photography to create a cohesive narrative of place. Through refined typography, tactile paper selection, and a measured layout, the booklet presents the new luxury dwellings as creative residencies — places where inspiration flows naturally from the area’s rich architectural and cultural history. The result is a high-end property publication that unites heritage storytelling and contemporary design, demonstrating The Letter Q’s expertise in branding and publication design for architecture and development in Aotearoa New Zealand.
